  • Late payments may incur interest charges at the prescribed legal rate.

5. Warranties & Liability

  • We provide warranties as per product manufacturer specifications (e.g., 10-year warranties on inverters and batteries).
  • Dolphin Coast Solar Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications of installed systems, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather events, grid outages, supplier delays).
  • Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and installation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information for project planning.
  • Ensure access to premises for installation and maintenance.
  • Comply with safety guidelines as provided.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect customer information (e.g., name, contact details, property details) for the sole purpose of providing our services and customer support.

  • We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to outside parties.
