She patiently walked me through the whole process step by step. They took into consideration my power needs and budget and together we worked out what was the best system for my household. It took 4 days(as promised) for the installation and Isabeau came around later at my convenience to talk me through the entire system as I was out of town during the installation. The system works, I am saved from loadshedding despite a few days of cloudy weather. The transition was seamless. I can track the power levels anytime I want and from anywhere via the app. I cannot wait to start saving money on my municipal electricity bill going forward.
